Manbro Industries Limited changed its name to KD Green Industries Limited effective April 17, 2026.
The company acquired a 50.04% stake in Green AAC Block and Mortar Private Limited to expand its AAC block manufacturing business.
Green AAC Block and Mortar owns 75% of B.R. Metallicks, which operates a fully utilized 120,000 CM annual AAC block production capacity.
