Annual General Meeting Details

The 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Mangalam Cement Limited is scheduled to be held on Friday, 21st August, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), in compliance with MCA and SEBI circulars.

Dividend Information

The cut-off date for eligibility of dividend is Friday, 14th August, 2026. The date for payment of dividend is on or after Tuesday, 25th August, 2026.   • Opt-out of nomination requires ISR-3 declaration form
