The 53rd Annual General Meeting was held on Wednesday, 23rd September 2026 at 2:00 PM through Video Conference/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM). The proceedings were deemed to be conducted at the Registered Office of the Company at 37 Floor, Rupam Building 239, P. D'mello Road, Mumbai City, Maharashtra, India, 400001, which was deemed to be the venue of AGM.

Scrutinizer's Role and Findings

B.M. Maheshwari, Advocate, was appointed as Scrutinizer on 12th August 2026. The scrutinizer ensured the voting process was conducted in a fair and transparent manner and restricted the report to votes cast "in favour" or "against" the resolutions based on reports generated from NSDL's e-voting system. All relevant records of electronic voting will remain in the scrutinizer's safe custody until the Chairman considers, approves and signs the Minutes of the 53rd AGM.

Compliance Confirmation

The voting process was conducted in compliance with the Companies Act 2013, SEBI Listing Regulations, Secretarial Standard-2, MCA Circulars, and SEBI Circulars. The company is instructed to put up the results along with this report on its website and that of the service provider, and inform the stock exchange accordingly not later than 48 hours of conclusion of the 53rd AGM.
