Mankind Pharma Limited has made a regulatory disclosure regarding the allotment of shares under its employee stock option plan.

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors approved the allotment via a circular resolution passed on September 1, 2026. The committee allotted 49,112 equity shares of face value ₹1 each to eligible employees who exercised their options under the Mankind Employee Stock Option Plan 2022.
