He has a proven track record in orchestrating multi-country M&A and integrations, L&D architecture, and talent management. He spent six-plus years as CHRO of Bharat Serums and Vaccines Ltd. (BSV), a material wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Prior to BSV, he has been associated with Novo Nordisk, Roche, Novartis and Sanofi.
