Subsidiary Liquidation Update
Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited (BSVL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Mankind Pharma Limited, has progressed in its voluntary liquidation process. The members of BSVL in their Extraordinary General Meeting held on September 7, 2026, have approved the voluntary liquidation of the company.
The liquidation is subject to approval from the creditors of BSVL, as required under the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 read with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Voluntary Liquidation Process) Regulations, 2017.
This communication serves as an update to the company's earlier intimation dated August 26, 2026, which informed about the initiation of preparatory activities for the voluntary liquidation process and contained the detailed disclosure as required pursuant to applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated January 30, 2026.
