Mantra Capital Limited completed allotment of 38.25 lakh equity shares at ₹20 each to six non-promoter investors, raising ₹7.65 crore.
The company also allotted 45 lakh warrants at ₹20 each to promoter Deepa Kishor Tracy, receiving ₹4.5 crore upfront with another ₹4.5 crore due on exercise.
Post-allotment, the paid-up capital will increase to ₹40.28 crore upon full warrant exercise, with one original offeree not subscribing to his entitlement.
