Marathon Nextgen Realty's WOS, Nexzone IT Infrastructures, acquired controlling 51% interest in three MMR real estate entities for a total cash consideration of ₹70 crore.
The three acquisitions — DVK Developers, Shree S S Developers, and Shree Swami Samarth Builders — carry a combined expected GDV exceeding ₹840 crore.
All three acquisitions have been completed with no regulatory approvals required, disclosed under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations.
