Marble City (India) Limited has intimated the Bombay Stock Exchange about a scheduled meeting of its Board of Directors. The meeting is set to be held on Friday, September 18th, 2026.

The primary agenda of the board meeting is to consider, evaluate, and potentially approve fund raising activities through the issuance of equity shares and/or warrants convertible into equity shares. The company specified that fundraising may be conducted through permissible modes including preferential allotment.

Any fundraising activity will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 and the Companies Act, 2013 (as amended), and will be subject to receipt of requisite consents and approvals.

Concurrently, the company has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the company's shares/securities for designated persons/insiders. The trading window will remain closed until the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the outcome of the board meeting, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct on prohibition of insider trading.
