Key Personnel Changes
The Board of Directors, at its meeting held on Friday, 9th October 2026, approved the appointment of Mrs. Shreya Bhargava (ICSI Membership No. A72931) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company. The appointment is effective immediately from Friday, 9th October 2026.
This appointment was made based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
The appointment follows the resignation of the previous Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, CS Vasant Kuber Soni (Membership No. A66674), who resigned from the services of the Company with effect from 6th October 2026. The stock exchanges were previously informed of this resignation via a letter dated 7th October 2026.
