Marc Loire Fashions Limited has disclosed the opening of three new retail stores on October 31, 2026. The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The three new store locations are:

  • Shop No. 27, Pelican Plaza, Village Pakka, NH-54, Faridkot, Punjab 151203
  • Plot No. ES-29/55, Khasra No. 1231 (48-2), Malwal Road, Ferozepur, Punjab– 152002
  • Shop No. 119, Phase 1, NH-7, Barnala Highway, Bucho Mandi, Bathinda, Punjab 151101

With the opening of these three new stores, the company's total number of stores has increased to six. All stores are located in Punjab state.
