Marico's subsidiary MSEA has completed the acquisition of a 75% stake in Skinetiq JSC, a Vietnamese skincare company.
The acquisition, completed on April 2, 2026, makes Skinetiq a subsidiary of Marico Limited.
Skinetiq owns the 'Candid' skincare brand and holds exclusive distribution rights for 'Murad' in Vietnam.
