Marico SMP Change: Pawan Agrawal Expands International Role

Marico Limited disclosed changes in Senior Management Personnel under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, effective April 1, 2026.
Group CFO Pawan Agrawal's role is expanded to CEO – International Business (overall), up from leading only Rest of South Asia and SE Asia.
Consequently, Binjit Kadakapcedlikayal and Ryan Bartram cease to be classified as SMPs as their reporting moves under the CEO – International Business.
