Disinvestment Update:

Marine Electricals (India) Limited has completed the divestment of 70% stake in MEL Shipyard Private Limited (formerly known as Xanatech Synergies Private Limited)
The shares are being transferred to Mr. Vinay Uchil and Mr. Venkatesh Uchil
Effective June 9, 2026, MEL Shipyard Private Limited has ceased to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company
MEL Shipyard Private Limited is now classified as an Associate Company of Marine Electricals (India) Limited
The transaction was previously intimated via reference no. MEIL/SEC/2025-26/55 dated February 11, 2026
