Consequently, Mr. Tinku has also ceased to be a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, Risk Management Committee, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board.

The Company has received confirmation from Mr. Tinku that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned in his resignation letter, which cited "pre-occupation and other personal commitments" as the reason. The resignation letter is dated July 14, 2026.

Reconstitution of Committees of Board of Directors

Mr. Surojit Ghosh, a Non-Executive Director, was appointed as a member to all five committees in place of Mr. Mohammad Tinku.
