Marsons Wins INR 7.75 Crore US Transformer Order

Marsons Limited has received a Letter of Award/Purchase Order from a US-based Solar Energy Developer for the supply of a 25 MVA Power Transformer. The order is valued at approximately INR 7.75 crores (USD 8,20,000).

The project location is specified as Hemet, California, USA. The contract is international in nature and awarded by an international entity. The time period for execution of the order is 14 months.

The company confirmed that the promoter/promoter group/group companies have no interest in the entity that awarded the order. The transaction does not qualify as a related party transaction and is conducted at arm's length.
