Maruti Suzuki India Limited reported production figures for September 2026 totaling 242,011 units, representing a 19.9% increase compared to September 2025 production of 201,915 units.
Passenger Vehicle Production Breakdown:
- Mini and Compact Segment (Alto, Baleno, Celerio, Dzire, Ignis, S-Presso, Swift, WagonR, OEM Model): 115,220 units in September 2026 compared to 105,619 units in September 2025 (9.1% increase)
- Utility Vehicles Segment (Brezza, Ertiga, e Vitara, Fronx, Jimny, Victoris, XL6, OEM Models): 109,615 units in September 2026 compared to 79,496 units in September 2025 (37.9% increase)
- Vans Segment (Eeco): 13,256 units in September 2026 compared to 13,201 units in September 2025 (0.4% increase)
- Total Passenger Vehicles: 238,091 units in September 2026 compared to 198,316 units in September 2025 (20.1% increase)
Light Commercial Vehicle Production:
- Super Carry: 3,920 units in September 2026 compared to 3,599 units in September 2025 (8.9% increase)
