Trading Window Closure Details
The trading window for securities of the Company has been closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026 and will remain closed until Friday, October 30, 2026 (both days inclusive). This closure applies to all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Regulation 9(1). The closure period extends until 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results.
