The 44th Annual General Meeting of Mastek Limited will be held on Monday, September 7, 2026, at 5:00 PM IST
Meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM)
Conducted in accordance with relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs

Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of ₹16 per equity share of ₹5 each at their meeting held on April 17, 2026
Dividend payment is subject to approval by shareholders at the AGM
