Members are requested to update their contact details with Depository Participants for shares in electronic form or with KFin Technologies Limited for physical shares.
Physical shareholders must register postal addresses with PIN and mobile numbers as per SEBI Master Circular dated February 6, 2026.
Voting rights are proportional to equity shares held as on August 5, 2026 (cut-off date).
Remote e-voting commences at 9:00 AM on August 8, 2026, and ends at 5:00 PM on August 10, 2026. Members can cast votes electronically during this period.
Members present at the AGM via VC/OAVM who have not voted remotely can vote during the meeting.
Members who voted remotely can attend but not vote again.
Only members recorded in the Register of Members or beneficial owners as of cut-off date are entitled to vote.
