A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, November 7, 2026. The primary agenda of this meeting is to take on record the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended on September 30, 2026.
Concurrently, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders," the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed. This closure is effective from the date of the notice and will remain in force until November 9, 2026, which is 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
