Business to be Transacted
Ordinary Business:
1. To receive, consider, and adopt the Audited Financial Statements (Standalone) of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, along with the Reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors.
2. To re-appoint Mr. Amit Anand Vengilat (DIN: 07544088), who retires by rotation as an Executive Director and, being eligible, offers himself for re-appointment.

The Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, recommends the re-appointment of Mr. Vengilat, citing his experience and contribution.
