Max Healthcare Institute Limited submitted a regulatory disclosure to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited regarding an update on its investment in subsidiary Kalinga Hospital Ltd. (KHL).

The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and serves as a continuation of the company's earlier intimation dated September 3, 2026.

The company confirmed that on September 7, 2026 at 5:13 pm (IST), it received communication from KHL confirming the allotment of 50,21,212 equity shares to Max Healthcare on a rights basis. This allotment represents the completion of the previously announced infusion of approximately ₹87.87 crore by the company into KHL.

As a result of this transaction, Max Healthcare's shareholding in Kalinga Hospital Ltd. has increased from approximately 58.28% to approximately 66.15%. KHL continues to remain a subsidiary of Max Healthcare Institute Limited following this increased stake.
