Hon'ble Union Home Minister and Cooperation Minister Shri Amit Shah inaugurated the new 400 beds tower at Max Smart Super Speciality Hospital, Saket on September 03, 2026. The event was attended by Hon'ble Chief Minister of Delhi Smt. Rekha Gupta as Guest of Honour, along with Hon'ble Minister for Health & Family Welfare, Transport and Information Technology Dr Pankaj Kumar Singh and Hon'ble Member of Parliament, South Delhi Shri Ramvir Singh Bidhuri.

Capacity Expansion Impact

With this expansion, Max Hospital, Saket now has a total capacity of approximately 1,200 beds, making it the largest private hospital in Delhi by bed capacity. The hospital offers comprehensive tertiary and quaternary healthcare capabilities across 22+ specialties.

Advanced Medical Technologies

The new facility is equipped with advanced medical technologies including the Da Vinci Xi Surgical Robot and Mako Total Knee Replacement Robot, supporting precision-driven, minimally invasive procedures across specialties.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Max Healthcare provided free treatment worth ₹244 crore to 3.60 lakh patients last year. Through the Max Institute of Medical Sciences, the organisation has supported 1.62 lakh students to date through higher education, training and professional learning programmes.
