Max Heights Infrastructure Limited has issued a regulatory disclosure pursuant to Regulation 36 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 regarding the distribution of materials for its 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The 45th AGM is scheduled to be held on Friday, 25th September, 2026 at 02:00 PM (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) facility/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).

The company is sending the Notice of the 45th Annual General Meeting along with the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, including Audited Financial Statements together with Reports of the Board and Auditors, through electronic mode to members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Depositories.

For members who have not registered their email addresses as of the cut-off date of 21st August, 2026, the company is sending a letter specifying the weblink and exact path to access the Annual Report and AGM Notice. The documents are available at:

The disclosure also serves as a reminder to shareholders to update KYC details pursuant to SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2024/37 dated May 07, 2024, and to dematerialize physical securities. The circular mandates that listed companies must record PAN, Address with PIN code, Mobile Number, Bank Account details, Specimen Signature and choice of Nomination for shareholders holding securities in physical mode.

Importantly, the circular mandates that security holders holding in physical mode whose folios do not have PAN, Choice of Nomination, Contact details, Bank Account details and Specimen Signature updated shall be eligible for any payment including dividend, interest or redemption payment only through electronic mode with effect from April 1, 2024.

Shareholders are requested to update their email addresses either through their depository participants for shares held in electronic form or by sending communication to the Company/Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (Skyline Financial Services Private Limited).
