Pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Mayur Leather Products Limited has intimated the postponement of its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The AGM, which was originally scheduled to be held on Friday, September 25, 2026, at 02:00 P.M., has been postponed to Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 02:00 P.M. due to certain unavoidable circumstances.
The rescheduled AGM will be held at FUSION RESTRO, C-28, Pankaj Singhvi Marg, Main Vidhan Sabha Road, Lalkothi, Jaipur-302005. The meeting will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and relevant rules, as well as the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company will inform both the stock exchanges and shareholders about this change accordingly. The company regrets any inconvenience caused to shareholders due to this postponement.
