Mazagon Dock Appoints K.M. Ravi Kumar Independent Director

The Ministry of Defence, Government of India, vide their letter No. 1 i(70)/2021/misc/D(NS) dated 21 August 2026, has appointed Shri K.M. Ravi Kumar as Non-Official (Independent) Director on the Board of Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd.

Appointment Terms

The appointment is for a period of 3 years with effect from the date of notification of his appointment, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Conditional Effective Date

The appointment is contingent upon Director Identification Number (DIN) activation. Since Shri K.M. Ravi Kumar's DIN activation application is currently under process, the effective date of his appointment will be communicated separately once the DIN is allotted.
