Mazda North America July Sales Down 13% YoY

Mazda North American Operations reported total vehicle sales of 39,180 units for July 2026, representing a 13% decline compared with July 2025. The month comprised 26 selling days, identical to the prior year, and the daily selling rate also fell 13% year‑over‑year.

For the first seven months of 2026, cumulative sales reached 241,014 vehicles, which is 5.6% lower than the corresponding period in 2025.

Certified pre‑owned (CPO) vehicle sales in July increased to 7,123 units, up 13.6% from July 2025, marking the best July performance in the history of Mazda’s CPO programme.

The CX‑90 MHEV model achieved its strongest July sales record for the company.

In Mexico, Mazda Motor de México sold 8,847 vehicles in July, a 10% decrease from July 2025. However, its year‑to‑date sales in Mexico rose 2% to 60,857 units compared with the same period a year earlier.
