MBL Infrastructure Postal Ballot Results

MBL Infrastructure Ltd. conducted a postal ballot concluding on 15th May 2026 for two special resolutions.
Shareholders approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ram Dayal Modi as an Independent Director and the issuance of securities.
The e-voting process was managed by NSDL, with 25,859 members eligible to vote as of the 10th April 2026 cut-off date.
The results were declared by the Chairman after scrutinizer Ms. Anjali Yadav submitted her report on the voting process.
