Nature of change: Appointment of Senior Management Personnel
Name and details: Mr Kevyn David is appointed as Head of Plantation. He has been associated with the Company for more than 30 years, having joined in 1992. He was appointed as General Manager in 2012 and subsequently as Advisor in 2020. He is presently handling the operations of South Bank Estates of the Company in Assam and other Dooars in West Bengal.
Effective date: The appointment is effective from Thursday, 1st October 2026.
Profile and experience: Mr. David possesses extensive experience in tea plantation operations and management.
Regulatory status: The appointment falls within the ambit of 'Senior Management Personnel' as defined in Regulation 16(1)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with applicable SEBI circulars.
Relationship with other directors: Not Applicable, as disclosed in the annexure.
