Trading Window Closure
The Trading Window has been closed since 1st July, 2026, as previously intimated on 26th June, 2026.
The closure shall continue until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the aforementioned Unaudited Financial Results.
This applies to Designated Persons, their immediate relatives, and all other concerned persons in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's policy under said regulations.
