Global Health Limited's board approved a Business Transfer Agreement to acquire a 79-bed cancer care hospital in Indore for ₹30 crores.
The acquisition, to be funded by internal accruals and debt, adds capacity near Medanta's existing Indore facility and strengthens its oncology portfolio.
The transaction is not a related party transaction and is expected to complete by the long stop date of September 30, 2026, subject to approvals.
