Medanta announced takeover of an 80‑bed cancer hospital in Indore under a Business Transfer Agreement, paying Rs 30 crore.
The acquisition adds to Medanta’s existing 175‑bed multi‑specialty Indore hospital, creating a combined oncology program and operational synergies.
The new cancer facility is located 500 m from the current campus, enabling enhanced patient access and capacity utilisation.
Asian Institute of Oncology Private Limited will transfer its Indore business undertaking to Medanta as a going concern.
