Global Health Limited (Medanta) has been allotted a land parcel measuring 10,560.36 square meters by UP Housing & Development Board (UPAVP) for an amount of ₹165.82 crores (approximately) on freehold basis. The allotment was made through online auction by UPAVP.
Location & Project Details
The land parcel is situated at Siddharth Vihar Yojna, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The location can accommodate construction of a 350+ bedded hospital facility, subject to various customary and statutory approvals.
Next Steps & Board Approval
The management is currently evaluating the next steps and developing a detailed project plan for the proposed hospital at this location. The project implementation is subject to the approval of the Board of Directors of the Company. The company will keep the stock exchanges informed of any material developments in this regard as required.
