Medanta Allots 61,500 ESOP Shares at ₹1082

Global Health Limited (Medanta) allotted 61,500 equity shares to its ESOP Trust under a long-term incentive plan.
The allotment was approved by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee on April 22, 2026, at an issue price of ₹1082 per share.
The company's paid-up share capital increased to ₹53.77 crore from ₹53.76 crore post-allotment.
Shares were issued with a face value of ₹2 and a premium of ₹1080, and will rank pari-passu with existing equity.
