Medanta Grants 10,000 ESOPs to Single Employee

Global Health Limited (Medanta) approved a grant of 10,000 ESOPs to one employee under its 2024 incentive plan.
The options have an exercise price of ₹960 per share and each option converts to one equity share of ₹2 face value.
The grant was approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee in a meeting held on May 11, 2026.
The ESOP plan is compliant with SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2021.
