Medhavi Group Announces MedhaviOne Platform
On September 4, 2026, Medhavi Group issued a press release from New Delhi announcing the launch of MedhaviOne, a new platform designed to create a shared standards infrastructure linking education institutions, employers and learners. The venture builds on the Group’s 14‑year legacy of skill development and aims to shift the prevailing "degree‑first" model to a "skills‑first" approach, making formal degrees more industry‑relevant in the context of rapid AI‑driven changes and shortening skill shelf‑life.
The platform will enable institutions to map programmes to live industry demand, allow enterprises to participate directly in designing and validating capabilities, and let individuals earn credentials that carry recognised market value. Its architecture aligns with National Education Policy 2020 and the National Credit Framework, supporting India’s ambition of becoming a Viksit Bharat by 2047.
Leadership
Amit Haralalka, formerly Head of Growth at Tata Digital and an alumnus of IIM Lucknow with nearly two decades of experience across the US, China and India, joins as Co‑Founder and Chief Executive Officer. He will work closely with co‑founders Pravesh Dudani and Kuldip Sarma, as well as Group Chief Strategy Officer Devender Saini, to scale the venture nationally. Dudani, also Founder and Chancellor of Medhavi Skills University, said the group has spent fourteen years learning how to convert learning into upward mobility and that Haralalka’s technology and scaling expertise are critical for a venture of this scale. Haralalka described MedhaviOne as a "critical piece of national infrastructure" for a truly Skills‑First India.
