Medi Assist Acquires Additional 31.75% Stake in Mayfair UK

Medi Assist Healthcare Services Limited has completed the acquisition of an additional 31.75% of the issued share capital in Mayfair We Care Limited, UK ("Mayfair"), a subsidiary of the Company. The acquisition represents 1,270 ordinary shares acquired via share transfer from existing shareholders, effective July 1, 2026.

The total consideration for the acquisition is Rs. 7,56,79,379.98 (equivalent to GBP 589,270 as of the remittance date).

Consequently, the Company's total shareholding in Mayfair has increased from 60% to 91.75% of its issued share capital.

KMP / Board / Auditor Changes

Mr. Nikhil Chopra, currently serving as the Chief Business Officer of Medi Assist Healthcare Services Limited and Director of Mayfair We Care Limited, UK, shall take over the role of Chief Executive Officer of Mayfair effective July 1, 2026.

Mr. Michail Chopra shall transition to the role of Founder & Strategic Advisor of Mayfair We Care Limited, UK effective July 1, 2026.
