Medi Assist Healthcare Services Limited has disclosed the appointment of Mr. Gaurav Bhatnagar as Senior Managerial Personnel of the Company effective August 08, 2026. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee.

Mr. Bhatnagar is described as a general management and value creation executive with more than 18 years of global experience driving growth, efficiency, and tech-led transformation across multiple sectors including technology/SaaS, private equity, e-commerce, and services. His track record includes P&L impact built through leadership of commercial operations, product strategy, revenue enablement, and cross-functional execution.
Most recently, he led sales strategy, revenue operations, incentives, systems, and analytics for Coupang's on-site advertising business in Korea. Prior to that, he was a Senior Vice President in the Portfolio Group at Permira, a global large-cap private equity fund, where he led value creation initiatives across multiple portfolio companies to help them transform, scale, and build organizational maturity. He also supported multiple billion-dollar investments and realizations.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Bhatnagar held product and marketing leadership roles at Amazon Europe and spent seven years in strategy consulting. He has worked extensively with boards, investors, and C-level teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.
