Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and company policy:
- Trading window closed from October 1, 2026
- Trading window remains closed until November 1, 2026 (both days inclusive)
- Applies to Designated Persons and/or their immediate relatives
Communication and Disclosure
- Outcome of board meeting will be communicated to stock exchanges soon after conclusion
