Megacor Appoints Jitender Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

Megacor's Board appointed Mr. Jitender as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective 14 April 2026.
The appointment was approved based on Nomination Committee recommendation during the 14 April 2026 board meeting.
Mr. Jitender is a law graduate and Company Secretary with over 9 years of post-qualification experience.
