Board Meeting Announcement
A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 4th November, 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended on 30th September, 2026.
Trading Window Closure
In continuation of the company's intimation dated 1st October, 2026, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company remains closed for designated persons from 1st October, 2026. The closure will continue until the expiry of 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September, 2026. This is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 read with the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities.
