Meghmani Organics' board approved a scheme to amalgamate two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Kilburn Chemicals and Meghmani Crop Nutrition, into the parent company.
The appointed date for the amalgamation is January 1, 2026, and the scheme is subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.
The amalgamation aims to simplify the group structure and achieve operational and financial synergies.
