Meghmani Organics to Amalgamate Two Wholly-Owned Subsidiaries

Meghmani Organics' board approved a scheme to amalgamate two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Kilburn Chemicals and Meghmani Crop Nutrition, into the parent company.
The amalgamation aims to simplify the group structure, consolidate operations, and achieve operational and financial synergies.
The scheme is subject to approvals from shareholders, creditors, and the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
The transaction will increase Meghmani Organics' authorized share capital and result in the dissolution of the transferor companies.
