Meghna Realty Announces ₹800‑Crore Elemental Collective Residential Portfolio
Meghna Realty, the real‑estate development brand of publicly listed Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Limited (MIIL), issued a press release on 5 November 2026 unveiling The Elemental Collective – a nature‑inspired architectural collection representing a proposed residential development portfolio with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹800 crore. The collective will launch with six residential concepts across Mumbai, each designed to reflect the unique natural and contextual characteristics of its location. The firm emphasised that future residences will be added as new opportunities emerge, creating a growing community linked by a shared design philosophy rather than a uniform aesthetic.
One of the first projects under the collective is Vishvā, Juhu, described as an expression of earth, focusing on permanence, proportion and understated elegance, drawing on classical architecture while remaining contemporary.
The announcement follows MIIL’s 2026 disclosure of an additional ₹600 crore of development potential across five projects, which lifts the company’s overall pipeline to more than ₹1,000 crore in GDV. The pipeline strategy centres on redevelopment opportunities in established urban locations, leveraging professional project management, efficient approvals, contemporary design and disciplined execution. The portfolio also includes Meghna One, a biophilic commercial development in Wagle Estate, Thane, underscoring the firm’s emphasis on integrating nature‑inspired design with modern real‑estate.
Vikram Lodha, Managing Director of Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Limited, stated: “Every location has something unique about it. We believe architecture should begin by recognising those qualities rather than overlooking them. With The Elemental Collective, we are establishing a design philosophy that draws inspiration from nature while allowing every development to have its own identity. What begins with six residential concepts is intended to grow into a larger community of homes, connected by a shared approach to architecture and living. The proposed ₹800 crore portfolio marks an important step in that journey.”
Stock‑market performance: Over the three completed calendar years, MIIL’s share price (bonus‑adjusted) appreciated approximately 180 % in 2023, 219 % in 2024 and 81 % in 2025, amounting to an estimated 16‑fold cumulative increase from the end of 2022 to the end of 2025. The company cautioned that share‑price movements are influenced by multiple factors and should not be attributed solely to operational developments.
Corporate identifiers: Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Limited is listed on the BSE (code 538668) and NSE (symbol MIIL). The press release was distributed under an arrangement with NRDPL; PTI assumes no editorial responsibility.
