Mercury Laboratories Limited has intimated the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) of the cessation of a Senior Management Personnel (SMP). Mr. Jaydeepsinh Raj, who held the position of Manager-HR, ceased to discharge his duties with the Company effective October 28, 2026.
The reason for cessation is stated as the employee discontinuing reporting for duty without providing prior intimation to the Company and without following the prescribed procedure for formal communication of cessation of employment. The Company has noted the cessation and is undertaking necessary internal formalities in this regard.
