Meta Platforms completed acquisition of AI robotics startup Assured Robot Intelligence on Friday, with financial terms undisclosed.
Co‑founders Lerrel Pinto and Xiaolong Wang will join Meta Superintelligence Labs and work with Meta Robotics Studio established in 2025.
The team, based in San Diego and New York, will enhance Meta’s whole‑body humanoid control capabilities.
