The disclosure specifically clarifies that this appointment is purely operational/functional and does not constitute an appointment to the Board of Directors under the Companies Act, 2013. Mr. Pandey is neither a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) under the Companies Act, 2013 nor a Senior Management Personnel (SMP) under Regulation 16(1)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
