Leo Technology Ventures, an IT services firm incorporated in 2021, reported USD 3.142 million turnover in 2025; acquisition to close within 30 days.
Leo Technology holds 80% equity in S&R Professionals LLC (USA), which will become a step-down subsidiary of MethodHub Software post-acquisition.
