Trading Window Closure
The trading window for dealing in the Company's securities has been closed since July 1, 2026 for directors, officers, key managerial personnel, and designated persons as defined under the Company's internal code for prohibition of insider trading
The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are made public
This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015
